Description

The EW612B is a latch-type Hall IC that combines an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a unique assembling technology.

The EW612B uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, a TTL level digital signal with a good duty ratio can be obtained over a wide temperature range.
